Woman Breaks Up With Boyfriend To Concentrate On Watching Riverdale Full Time

A WATERFORD student has made the tough but understandable decision to end her 6-month relationship with her boyfriend after finally getting around to binging popular US TV drama Riverdale.

“I only started Riverdale last night, after the girls told me I was missing out. There’s some amount of rides in it,” 20-year-old Nicole Dreenan shared with WWN, “and it was clear by the end of the second episode myself and Brian were growing apart”.

“He’d want to talk and hang out, but I needed time to send what-the-actual-fuck related emojis and selfies into the Riverdale Whatsapp group I’m in with the girls. I need time and space to process what happens in the episodes. It’s sad it’s over with Brian but these things happen,” Dreenan confirmed.

Citing Brian’s interruptions and questions during a particularly important episode of the show, which follows the trials and tribulations of Archie, Betty, Jughead and Cheryl, as a reason for the end of the relationship, Dreenan was now looking forward to binging full time.

“Brian was talking over Jason’s memorial, hello? How the fuck did I even think Brian might be a long term option for me, he doesn’t even think Archie’s music is bad!” added Dreenan.

Brian admitted to WWN that he wasn’t taking the break-up well. “I took a Buzzfeed quiz on Riverdale and got Veronica and everything, but it still wasn’t enough”.

Dreenan has not ruled out having time for a boyfriend once season 2 of the show concludes early next year.
