Local Facebook Community Group Full Of Fucking Whingers

A REPORT into local Facebook community pages and groups has found that the vast majority of members are complete fucking whingers that seem to have nothing better to do than ‘nitpick at every available moment of their sad and miserable lives’.

Studying over 10,000 individual community groups across the country, the Facebook in-house report found that the majority of member posts were insignificant in the grand scheme of things, with many referring to cracked footpaths, dog poo and traffic light systems as the main source of grievances aired.

“I suppose it gives them purpose,” Facebook’s Jonathan Carey, who devised the report, told WWN. “Most of the active commentators on these group pages seem to have little else to do and just love complaining over everything wrong in their locality, no matter how significant it is”.

Pointing blame at local councils, pedestrians, motorists, loitering teens outside Lidl, double parking mass goers and whatever you’re having yourself has become the new norm for people who would have before attended local community halls to shout at town councillors.

“Thanks to Facebook, everyone can now shout in unison in a virtual community hall at anyone they please from the safe comfort of their home,” Carey added, explaining the phenomenon in more detail, “it’s like how motorists treat each other when they’re in the comfort of their own cars – detached – they think they can say whatever they like in these groups and honk, horn and witch hunt whoever they feel is doing wrong”.

In one instance last week, a Waterford motorist was beaten to death by one such community page group after his car was pictured taking up two parking spaces outside SuperValu.

“The unfortunate thing was the unsuspecting old man only parked beside another car that was already taking up two spaces, so when the other car left it looked like he was the one in the wrong”.

The group has since apologised to the man’s family in a touching Facebook group post.
