Bray Comedy Festival Basically Just People Laughing At The State Of Bray

ORGANISERS of the Bray comedy festival have defended the lack of any comedy acts this year, insisting that people will get a better laugh at the fucking state of the place, WWN can reveal.

The festival will feature several locations around the seaside town where people can just come along and laugh at the general neglect and escalating drug problem in the town, in what is being hailed as ‘the funniest shit you’ll see this year’.

“We’re just asking people to come along and snigger at the place,” organiser James Hackett explains, “Look at the fucking state of it like; it’s hilarious and well worth the Dart fare in if you’re not already laughing at other south Dublin towns, like Dun Laoghaire, which is just as funny if I’m honest”.

Tickets to the festival range from €15, with live reenactments of anti-social behaviour, drug use and drunken brawls running throughout the festivals duration, at various hotspots.

“There are several town characters that are hilarious when they’re drunk, who usually kick off outside the chipper from midnight,” added Hackett, “Why not take selfies and upload them with the hashtag #BRAYCOMEDYFEST​”.

The Bray comedy festival will run from the 22nd to the 26th of Feb.

Flak jackets will be provided at the Dart station.
