THE demands for David Drumm’s trials in 2017 and 2018 has seen the Irish judiciary change the venue from the criminal courts to Croke Park, and the stunning venue has sold out of tickets mere minutes after they went on sale, WWN has learned.

160,000 people have availed of the chance to see the Ex-Anglo Irish Bank chief executive stand trial on charges related to his tenure at the now defunct bank.

“Tickets are already selling on Done Deal for €10,000,” one enthusiastic ticket scalper told WWN outside Ticketmaster’s Stephen Green’s branch were many customers were turned away after all 160,000 tickets sold out inside of 2 minutes.

“There’s huge demand for a spectacle of this size, and thankfully we’ll have two great gigs in Croke Park. We’ve already got all our novelty t-shirts printed up,” one merchandiser told WWN, already kitted out head to toe in David Drumm paraphernalia.

The trials are set to draw on a rich set list of over 33 separate alleged offences, ensuring the crowd will have a trial they’ll never forget.

However, fans have been warned that a last minute cancellation of the gig can’t be ruled out due to the relaxed bail conditions Drumm was granted.
