“Oi, Where’s My Fucking Movie You Twats” Sindy Asks

BRITISH icon Sindy the doll has spoken out for the first time at what she sees as the under-representation of Sindy in movies, citing the worldwide fanfare that has greeted the Barbie movie.

“Get your fuckin’ act together you British movie twats, the Americans are laughing at us. A Sindy movie? Shoulda been done moons ago,” said Sindy, speaking exclusively from her local boozer, The Fox & Slag.

“Barbie? An icon? You’re havin’ a laugh. Her legs are like the Tesco down the road, open 24/7,” said Sindy, knocking back a G&T. “Is that what it takes to get a movie made, is it? You can keep your box office success so. My box is off limits”.

A picture perfect English girl-next-door Sindy believes she has an impressive international appeal that cinema audiences would love to see, if only movie execs would get their loaf of bread out of their apple and plumbs.
