“I Want You Think Of Us As A Family Here” Says Boss Who Must Treat His Family Like Shit
A LOCAL businessman has sent a chilling message to the staff working at his two restaurants, threatening to treat them as if they were his family, WWN understands.
“If he’s think of us like family here then I’d imagine when he steps in the front door at home he demands his wife works the weekend she was repeatedly assured she had off, at short notice and then withholds wages owed,” shared waitress Kelly Ford.
Under boss Sean Fagan, fostering a family atmosphere in which everyone is supported, treasured and valued, seems to involve last minute shift changes, constantly going back on your word and holding staff personally liable for errors of his own making.
“Treating us like family would be fine by me if it meant Christmas presents and trips to Disneyland but it mainly seems to revolve around being screamed at like I ruined his life,” confirmed chef Oleg Komanski.
Overworked and underappreciated staff couldn’t help be picture what Fagan’s home life must be like considering the work atmosphere his management was fostering.
“Do you reckon when Sean’s daughter says ‘we have a rat problem, you need to get a proper pest control guy, the expensive one’, he just leaves it for two weeks and then lies to her face claiming to have never been told when a customer spots one?” asked waitress Shauna Gaughan.
True to his ‘like a family’ word Fagan closed out the shift by offering Gaughan a lift home and leaning in for the sort of unwatned kiss his wife must be regularly subjected to.
