Vote On Dublin City’s New Motto

DUBLIN CITY COUNCIL have revealed they are changing the capital’s official motto on the city’s coat of arms and have inexplicably asked WWN’s readers for help in deciding what it will be.

Citing the fact ‘Obedientia Civium Urbis Felicitas’ which translates to ‘the obedience of the citizens produces a happy city’ is about as ill-suited a motto you can get for Dublin city in 2024, the council confirmed it is time for change.
