HOT on the heels from the producers of hit Netflix drama ‘The Crown’ revealing the new images of their Charles and Diana, played by Dominic West and Elizabeth Debicki, yet more exclusive set photos have made their way to entertainment sites.

The new series charts the personal drama of the royal family through the 90s but as with all seasons of the prestige drama other geo-political events are very much to the forefront.

Three figures who will features heavily are Gerry Adams, Martin McGuinness and Bertie Ahern and in true The Crown casting, the actors bear an uncanny resemblance to the real life figures they play as accuracy is everything to the show’s producers:

Gerry Adams

In this exclusive image, a topless Gerry Adams, played by Chris Hemsworth, is seen being interviewed on ITV News but famously has his voiced dubbed by an English person.

Martin McGuinness

While admitting he has struggled perfecting the accent, Styles more than passes for McGuinness here in period appropriate costume from The Crown set.

Bertie Ahern

A physically demanding role, Superman himself, Henry Cavill, in an exclusive pic from the set of The Crown playing Bertie Ahern during initial Good Friday Agreement negotiations. Not seen in shot, the lack of a bank account.
