“He Had One Day Left On His Tour” Widow Of US Drone Speaks Out

THE family of a US drone taken out by a Russian fighter jet this week has revealed the MQ-9 Reaper had only one day left of its tour before it was expected to return home, WWN sadly reports.

US officials have condemned the incident where a Russian U-27 fighter jet dumped fuel on the innocent American MQ-9 Reaper drone over the Black Sea and then collided with it, causing the drone to succumb to the laws of gravity.

“He had just one day left,” the drone’s wife explained, “we were to take a trip to Taiwan in May with the kids”.

The Pentagon said the drone was just minding its own business while on a routine intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance mission, when out of nowhere the Russian jet pissed fuel all over it, desecrating everything good about unmanned military drones.

“One minute you’re quietly surveying foreign territory and the next you’re brown bread,” an emotional Pentagon official stated at a eulogy for MQ-9 Reaper drone serial number MK45643234, as the Elton John song Candle In The Wind played softly in the background.

It is understood MK45643234 had flown countless successful missions abroad, serving in Afghanistan and Pakistan for a number of years and had only blown up just the one civilian wedding during its service.
