North West Set To Emancipate From Parents Kim And Kanye

TMZ broke the news earlier today that papers have been filed on behalf of the daughter of Kim Kardashian and Kanye West, seeking North West’s emancipation from her parents.

An unnamed Kardashian family member named in court documents seen by TMZ as ‘K’ has helped North ‘Nori’ West seek to be freed from her legal guardians. If North West succeeds in her case it is speculated she will forego her right to millions of dollars in earnings.

Evidence submitted to a Beverly Hills family court on behalf of North West, not yet one, have cited every episode of the popular reality TV shows, her famous mother has participated in as well as a notorious sex tape.

“My client feels the evidence speaks for itself and she will refrain from comment until such a time when she is able to,” said North West’s court-appointed free legal aide Robert Mainz.

While Kanye West is reportedly livid with the media for jumping on the news Kim simply tweeted a cryptic message: “I will fight the courts so my child will never emancipate from us”.

Media lawyers are speculating that North West’s decision to emancipate actually stems from her parents’ insistence she sign a confidentiality agreement and pseudo-pre-nump which would see her receive no inheritance were she to refuse to participate in future reality TV shows, commercials, bikini modelling gigs, sex tapes and rehab appearances.
