WHILE the GAA is investigating the possibility violent scenes between Limerick and Cork supporters in Limerick City on Sunday was in fact carried out by English soccer hooligans in disguise, supporters have admitted to WWN they were inspired by Court All-Star Kyle Hayes.

“When you’ve someone of that fighting calibre, your admiration crosses county boundaries, he’s a hero to all of us, regardless of allegiance,” said one Cork fan as he wildly swung his fist at the air.

It is thought Hayes, who is set to start 180 hours of community service for dangerous driving while on a suspended sentence for violent disorder, could chip away at a significant portion of his court mandated service by teaching Limerick and Cork fans how to ‘violence correctly’.

“To get one-on-one coaching like that would be unbelievable, and it’s all about giving back to the community to avoid a jail sentence at the end of the day,” confirmed one Limerick fan, who admitted his kicking someone in the head as they lay incapacitated on the ground technique wasn’t up to scratch.

“It takes serious commitment to keep turning up to court, they don’t even get paid for it like, maybe that’s what I’m lacking – dedication,” said one brawl participant in Limerick, who didn’t stay out all night brawling due to his lack of desire and pride in the jersey.
