“That’s For Everyone!” – London Step That Tripped Up Piers Morgan Speaks Out
IN AN EXCLUSIVE interview with the now iconic piece of paving, which resides just inside the door of an upmarket London hotel restaurant, speaks to WWN about downing Piers Morgan and why if given the chance again it says it wouldn’t hesitate in tripping the YouTuber a second time.
“The world needs something to lift the spirits at the minute, I was only too happy to oblige,” explained the uneven stretch of masonry used by hundreds of restaurant patrons every day.
Describing a life of being walked all over, Kerbie explained that once it became aware of Morgan walking in its direction it did all it could to engineer an accident.
“I stretched up as far as I could, like when kids are getting their heights marked on a door frame, anything I could to catch the front of his shoe and I did it, some call me a hero and you know what, they’d be right, he’s an annoying twat,” Kerbie added.
Kerbie spoke of being genuinely moved by all well wishers inquiring if it was okay after being struck by Morgan.
“And look, I wouldn’t wish ill on my worst enemy but luckily for me my worst enemy is the bar manager who always drops his cigarette butts on me whereas Piers Morgan is Piers Morgan”.
Morgan unveiling he hadn’t lost any of his trademark humour jokingly said Donald Trump had been responsible for the incident before turning deadly serious and blaming it on Meghan Markle.
UPDATE: Plans are already underway to erect a blue plaque in honour of the little step that could.
