IN A BID to boost tourism in the county and help reimagine the possibilities of what Cork can be, the tourism board has decided to choose a new motto for the Rebel county.
After months of consultations and focus groups, the board has narrowed it down to these contenders and it wants the public’s help in choosing the winning motto.
Gone is Statio Bene Fide Carinis, ‘a safe harbour for ships’ and now one of the following will replace it, but which one? You decide:
