Drone demonstration, taking part in the RDS on Saturday. See US Army personnel operate a drone circling an Afghan village. Ordinance will be dropped if threats emerge. Have a go yourself; pilot a drone and take out members of the Taliban! Fun for the whole family!

MAYO

Controlled leaf-burn happening on Saturday. Flame units from the Irish Army are starting at the top of the county and moving South, incinerating leaves off every footpath and road. Barbeque after.

KILDARE

High fives all round, this Sunday at 3! High five your neighbour, high five your friends! Big high fives for your family! Way to go, gang!

GALWAY

Galway is running a little behind at the minute, and is only up to Halloween. Fancy dress party and bonfire this Sunday at 3pm. Bring Easter Eggs and we’ll get that out of the way too. Sorry, we’re just all over the place right now.

The ceremonial unveiling of the Costa Del Sol as the 33rd county in Ireland takes place at the weekend. Gangsters and on-the-run IRA lads are welcome to attend.
