AN IRATE airline passenger beset with rage at the news his bag does not comply with airline rules for maximum sized carry-on baggage and will incur an extra charge has been asked to ‘keep things in perspective’.

“Look it, you’re getting on easy pal. There’s a poor fella I could tell you about that’d maybe make you think you’re getting away with one just having to cough up the 75 quid,” a Ryanair employee said, trying to reason with local airline passenger Christopher Riley.

“I’ll ask you to lower your voice sir, the policy is the policy, the way you’re carrying on you’d swear we’d fucked you out the plane window. So, it could always be worse, okay?” the staff member continued.

Unwittingly unlocking a new fail proof way of dealing with customers, the Ryanair crew member has hit upon a winning customer service template that will likely be adopted by the whole organisation and used during every testy interaction with customers.

“When you put it like that, yeah, I guess, yeah, okay, I’ll zip it now, cheers,” offered Mr Riley in response, looking on in existential fear at every window which represented a Ryanair solution to any customer complaint about irritating trumpet music.
