Russia Somehow Not On Trump Travel Ban List Targeting Countries With ‘Hostile Attitudes’ To America
US CITIZENS are wondering if the Trump administration made an uncharacteristic error when announcing a travel ban on foreign nationals from 12 countries with ‘hostile attitudes’ to America due to the absence of Russia from the list.
“Russian have tried to interfere in our last 3 elections, and Russian state agents were caught funneling $10 million through a shell company to right-wing podcast influencers who spread disinformation,” offered one dissenting Republican who will support everything Trump does nevertheless, including the offering of golden visas to Russian oligarchs.
“The recent terror attack in Boulder, Colorado has underscored the extreme dangers posed to our country by foreign nationals,” Trump said in his video announcing the ban, referring to the man responsible for the attack; an immigrant from Egypt, a country not included in the president’s travel ban.
Elsewhere, while many of his strongest supporters were not happy with Russia avoiding the ban they consoled themselves with the fact seven of the countries on the list were Muslim majority countries.
“This is America! We don’t need to be importing that ignorant intolerant, woman-hating, child-bride loving cult when we have our own American-grown abortion bans and 37 states where it’s legal for men to marry children,” said one patriotic Trump supporter.
We’ve been hacked by North Korea, made it into Trump’s campaign emails, threatened with legal action by Ireland’s richest man, angered Scientology and received 6,000 complaints from the God squad after a sketch of ours aired on RTÉ.
