Neighbour Out In Front Garden Again Admiring His Solar Panels

A LOCAL WATERFORD neighbour is once again repeating an unhealthy routine that involves him standing in his front garden admiring his solar panels, causing concern amongst other residents of Elm Park Drive.

“I wouldn’t mind but he got them fitted 9 months ago,” explained one resident of neighbour David Needham, who never fails to become oddly emotional as he gazes lovingly at the electricity generating contraptions on his roof.

“You never used to see home at lunch time, but now he makes it his mission to be back from work, I see him lingering in the driveway for a good five minutes, I don’t think I’ve looked at my missus as much and we’ve been married 20 years,” shared another neighbour.

The estate WhatsApp group has been awash with rumours and conjecture, with one local claiming they saw Needham climbing a ladder late one evening and fondling the panels in a suggestive manner.

While residents are perfectly entitled to pass comment, others have defended Needham’s habits.

“Look it, be thankful this is where his middle-aged fascinations have led him, he could be off fixating on the baby sitter or worse, starting a podcast,” defended Needham’s wife, Sarah.
