Irish Reddit User, Whole Family Tree & Future Lineage Receive Ban By Moderator For Trying To Be Positive

AN IRISH Reddit user is facing a ban some fellow Redditors are calling ‘lenient’ following their attempt to express a slightly positive opinion.

“The subreddit rules are clear,” confirmed one moderator of the Irish Reddit offshoot r/maybeilikethemisery, where users compete to find the most exhaustively negative angle to any news or happening.

“Banned, no appeal. They said my yet-to-be-born great-grandchildren could appeal if they know anyone with 600,000,000 comment karma but that it will likely be upheld,” confirmed Reddit user AlwaysPutFamilyFist.

APFF’s transgression and betrayal of subreddit rules came in the form of stating that news a child was successfully rescued from a sinkhole that killed his parents was a small bright light in a dark episode.

“You fuckin’ joking me? The kid would be better off never leaving the sinkhole, think of the pain and suffering that loss will now cause you dense idiot, I hope you’ve no family to vomit all your idiot thoughts on. The day you’re sinkholed with your truly moronic logic and worldview will be a sweet release for your family,” confirmed the moderator.

“APFF has previous for this, looking back over their comment history I saw they uploaded a picture of a cat 9 years ago, some fucking people. The nerve,” they added before spending the next hour downvoting any signs of joy across the site.
