• a) They're very limited, can't deny it.
• b) Waste of time giving that many slots to Europe when the likes of Nigeria and Cameroon aren't even in it.
• c) You take teams like that out but then you don't have any magic underdog stories, even if they ultimately lose.
• d) Let Ireland in and when they see us play they might ban Europe altogether.
• e) They've been saying for years 'leave them in, they'll get better', it's nonsense the Europeans teams have had their chance.
