Artemis Crew Shared Student Flat In Dublin To Prepare For Cramped Moon Mission
IN a bid to prepare for cramped conditions and minimal amenities ahead of their 10-day moon mission, the Artemis crew have revealed one of the most gruelling parts of their training.
“A large portion of NASA’s $4 billion budget was spent on securing a student apartment in Dublin, Ireland,” a spokesperson explained. “We needed somewhere cramped, poorly equipped, cold, and with potentially dangerous elements outside. Flat 27, Ramsgate in Dublin 15 proved to be the perfect testing ground.”
Speaking to WWN from Artemis II, astronaut Reid Wiseman recalled the horrific conditions, admitting he is relieved to now be confined to a capsule hurtling towards the moon.
“This feels like heaven,” Wiseman said while eating a paste-like food supplement from aluminium packaging. “It tastes far better than the noodles we had to survive on back in Dublin. It’s the college students of Ireland who are the real heroes here. They taught us everything we know about surviving on very little while paying an absolute fortune to stare into the void.”
