‘Illegal War Crimes Are Illegal’ Insists Lunatic Irish President

PRESIDENT CATHERINE CONNOLLY has caused an outrage in Ireland after publishing comments in which she shamefully suggested that illegal war crimes committed in illegal wars should somehow be avoided and punished when committed, WWN can report.

The remarks have lead to many commentators suggesting they tried to warn naive Irish voters that electing left-wing Connolly would result in this exact type of lunatic behaviour.

“Only someone who has no appreciation for the President’s role within the Irish constitution would say things like ‘International law should be respected’, utter madness and so embarrassing for us all,” confirmed one Irish media commentator, struggling for breath.

In Irish political circles, there is rightful panic:

“The current head the balls in the US administration are so thick that they’d read our president’s comments and think the coalition government has morals, a set of red lines, a backbone when obviously we couldn’t give a shite,” confirmed one government TD.

“It’s so irresponsible of the president to utter such a shamefully political statement like ‘war is wrong’, Trump isn’t the type to take into account we’ve been turning a blind eye to the US planes in Shannon for decades,” added another TD, an expert in nuanced international diplomacy.

“How dare she put such pressure on the Taoiseach, her needlessly politicised remarks about how illegal wars are illegal have made it much harder for Micheál to enjoy giving some shamrocks to the man who just killed over 100 children in a bombing on a school,” shared a government advisor.
