STOOPING LOWER than was thought possible even for the gutter Irish press, a number of biased outlets have engaged in a smear campaign which involves reporting on things president Catherine Connolly has said and done, WWN can reveal.

Connolly’s attempt in 2018 to hire an administrative assistant shortly after she was released from prison after serving 4.5 years for unlawful possession of firearms and ammunition, is just the latest attempt by the status quo loving media to report on things that happened while citing extensive details.

“Bringing up an incident that happened like that, with the relevant facts is just an attempt by the bought media to distract from the scandal of Jim Gavin going for a run with a drone camera,” shared one staunch internet section commenter,” confirmed one Connolly voter, who would die from shock if it transpired Heather Humphreys had an unpaid parking fine.

“Major media reform is needed, it’s crazy the media can just report on things that happened like that,” added another.

One prospective voter’s comments highlighted how unhinged and deranged some people’s opinions on the matter have become.

“I think it is okay that she sought permission to hire someone and that to hire people who was previously in prison is perfectly okay and that the gardaí are entitled to object to this on security grounds,” shared one person, highlighting Ireland’s shocking descent into American style political rancour and division.

Elsewhere, Heather Humphreys’ campaign have objected to a sinister smear campaign in which people unfairly point out she is a member of Fine Gael.
