In Historic Move The UK Recognises Statehood Of Country It’s Helping Israel To Wipe Off Map

HERALDED AS A transformative moment in the diplomatic mission of the UK, prime minister Keir Starmer has confirmed that Palestine, a state that UK is helping Israel destroy through a combination of intelligence gathering and arms sales, does in fact exist and have a right to exist.

“We recognise the statehood of Palestine, for those unaware, Palestine is that country we’re helping Israel to wipe off the map,” confirmed Starmer in a moving address.

Starmer received praise for his brave decision to acknowledge Palestinian statehood, normally staunch critics of the Labour leader also stated their admiration for his multi-tasking prowess which has seen him voice support for Palestine while ensuring Israel is still supplied with necessary components for arms that will add to the death toll in Gaza.

“And for those not really into politics, Israel is a dear close ally who recently made the news for killing 25 journalists in Yemen, bombing Qatar as it sought to help Israel arrange peace talks,” added Starmer, who recognised Palestinian statehood alongside Canada and Australia.

In an effort to clear up some confusion, Starmer confirmed people peacefully protesting and advocating for Palestinian statehood and end to the genocide, will continue to be arrested.

“While it is now the official position of the UK government that we recognise Palestinian statehood, if you wear a t-shirt saying more or less the same, we will pursue you to the full extent of the law,” offered Starmer.
