Tyson Eating 5 Human Ears A Day In Preparation For Paul Bout
US boxer Mike Tyson’s training regime required him to eat as many as five human ears per day in preparation for his fight with Jake Paul which is scheduled tonight.
Packed with protein and vitamins, the 59-year-old swears by his strict diet and said he’s looking forward to tucking into a ‘nice fresh one’ later tonight.
“All the ears are sourced from fairtrade countries and grown organically by donors who are more than happy to give Tyson their ear,” a Tyson spokesperson informed.
It is believed Mr. Tyson first got a taste for human lobes during a fight with Evander Holyfield in 1997 when he bit a part of his ear off after becoming extremely hungry midfight.
“I had to fast to make weight all that week so my natural animal instincts must have kicked in and before I knew it I had a juicy bit of ear in my mouth and the fight was stopped,” Tyson explained, “now I can’t stop eating the things”.
Closer to home, it is not yet clear if Irish fighter Conor McGregor will attend tonight’s fight due to an ongoing court case in Ireland, however, Mr. Tyson advised the Crumlin man not to worry, stating that no matter the outcome of the trial, “people will move on and eventually forget about it”.
