Fact Check: Did Twink Really Perform A Hysterectomy On Her Pet Llama In The Backseat Of A Ford Ka On The M50?

AS ALMOST everyone with access to a television set or social media network has already heard, Twink is making the news today for all the wrong reasons, after being stopped by Gardai on the m50 with a mutilated Llama in the backseat, but is it all true? WWN investigates.

Claim: Twink performed a hysterectomy on her pet Llama in the backseat of a Ford Ka while driving on the m50.

What was said in the media: Adele King aka ‘Twink’, was arrested during this morning’s rush hour traffic speeding at 145 kph southbound down the M50. She had been allegedly steering the car with her right foot while it was in cruise control, as she performed the medical procedure on her pet Llama, Daisy, who was lying lengthways on the back seat of a Ford Ka.

The Facts: CCTV footage has since shown that the 66-year-old entertainer was actually driving a 171 BMW 5 series at 210 kmph at the time, contrary to most news reports. What the papers also failed to mention was that she was dressed as Dorothy from the wizard of Oz at the time and had had actually been pulled over for spitting at a concerned Lorry driver, who had been travelling behind the car.

On top of that, the procedure itself was not a hysterectomy, but a radical nephrectomy, where she removed a septic kidney, along with a section of the tube leading to the bladder, in a bid to save the animal’s life after the kidney became infected.

Daisy had apparently fell ill while Twink was due to go to rehearsals this morning, leaving her no other option but to drive straight to the vets. Gardai confirmed that Ms. King called the vet while driving, and had no other option but to carry out the operation mid-transit as the animal was about to die.

Using only her dentures, Twink was forced to spit excess tissue out of the car window, accidentally hitting the lorry driver’s cabin, and has since apologised to the man, and even gave him free tickets to her new show, but you won’t see that mentioned in any of the Irish media.

Thankfully Daisy survived, and is currently being treated in Saint James hospital – a first for Llama’s and animals nationwide.

Conclusion: Don’t believe everything you read in the mainstream media.
