WWN Guide To Avoiding GOT Spoilers

IT’S getting harder and harder to avoid spoilers for Game Of Thrones, with many people expressing anger and frustration at having the latest episodes ruined on them by internet commentators and careless headlines from news outlets.

With new episodes airing in America on Sunday night, GOT fans this side of the pond struggle to make it through to Monday night, when the show airs on Sky Atlantic/a torrent appears, without reading key pieces of information online. But, with many people ignoring spoiler etiquette and openly discussing the show throughout the day on social media, what can one do?

Here’s a few things you can do to make sure your GOT experience is as pure as a White Walker’s eyes:

1) Fly to America every Sunday

This option is costly, but doable. Jump on a transatlantic flight around midday on Sunday, scoot over to the States, watch Thrones in the airport, and jet back. Each episode will cost you about 1,400 euro to watch, but you make that back in savings from torrenting literally every other TV show and movie you watch for the rest of your life.

2) Get a part on the show

It’s not beyond the realms of possibility. It’s filmed up the North. Stick your head up there and see if you can get a role. That way, you’d know what was going to happen before anyone else! All you have to do is grow a beard and you’re set. We believe in you, love.

3) Stay off social media

Yeah… ok, we’ll concede that this isn’t really an option. Forget we mentioned it.
