IRISH football fans were left confused today as white cunt, John Terry, went on trial for slagging off black cunt, Anton Ferdinand, in Westminster Magistrates’ Court earlier.
Over the past few weeks, thousands of letters flooded FAI head quarters asking for an explanation into the court case.
Chairman of the football association of Ireland, John Delaney, told WWN earlier that he was not 100% sure as to why the England and Chelsea defender was being persecuted for the slagging: ”We have officially requested a statement from FIFA into the case as it may affect future on-field racial slagging’s here in Ireland.”
Queens Park Ranger player Ferdinand told a court today that he found the alleged racist abuse by John Terry “very hurtful to his feelings”.
Hundreds of Irish football supporters took to twitter to voice their concerns over the charge.
One Dublin man tweeted: ‘Some fella’s can’t take a slagging at’ll at’ll. If they’re that soft they shouldn’t be playing any kind of sports!’
Another man replied: ‘Next the chinks will be getting offended when we slag them for losing all the time in the bookies!’
Earlier we caught up with Irish Footballing legend Paul McGrath, who labelled the court case an ‘absolute farce’.
“There’s a pair of cunts in it. It shouldn’t matter whether someone throws a black,white or yellow in front of it.
“I would have loved to have seen Ferdinand playing football in Ireland during the 80′s and 90′s. Being called a black cunt back then would have been a compliment. “ he added.
Irish fans and players alike hold there breathe for the outcome of the case.
